A: The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it will take 15-60 days.
Q3: What is the shipping method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out by international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products, usually by air or by sea.
Q4: Can you help if my products are very urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent products.
Q5: I want to keep our design in secret. Can we sign an NDA?
A: Absolutely! We usually sign NDAs according to our clients' requests to ensure the confidentiality of their designs.
Q6: What kinds of information do you need for a quotation?
A: Please kindly provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, as well as any 3D drawings. Samples are also acceptable.
