If toolings are needed, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will move on to mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the highest standards. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-service support. If you need to place a repeat order, we are here to assist you.
Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: Getting an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 and 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
Q4: Can You Help If My Products are Very Urgent?
A: Absolutely! We understand the importance of urgent orders, and we will do our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your order.
Q5: I Want to Keep Our Design in Secret, Can We Sign an NDA?

Q6: What Information Do You Need for a Quotation?
A: To provide an accurate quotation, please kindly provide us with your drawing in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have samples, you can share those with us as well.
