A: To place an order, you need to follow these steps:
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 and 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them to you via international express service or by air. As for mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Generally, we use air or sea freight.

A: Absolutely! We respect the confidentiality of our clients' designs. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon your request.
A: To provide an accurate quotation, please kindly provide us with your drawing in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have physical samples, you can send those as well.
