A: The process of an order involves sending your detailed request, receiving feedback with a quotation, confirming the quotation and making payment, making toolings if necessary, creating samples, obtaining sample approval, proceeding with mass production, conducting quality checking, arranging delivery, providing after-service, and potentially repeating the order.
A: The time required to receive an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. However, for parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take anywhere from 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. When it comes to mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Typically, we use air or sea transportation.
A: Yes, of course! We will do our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize urgent orders.
A: Absolutely! We usually sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) based on our clients' request to ensure the confidentiality of their designs.
A: Please provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, as well as any 3D drawings you may have. Samples are also acceptable for quoting purposes.
