A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will move on to mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct a quality check to ensure the products meet your requirements. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you are satisfied with our products, you can place a repeat order.
A: The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on the complexity of the parts. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. However, for parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take anywhere from 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea freight.
