If toolings are needed, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will move on to mass production. Before delivery, we conduct quality checking to ensure the highest standards. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-service support. If you need to repeat the order, we are here to assist you.
The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, if the parts require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 and 60 days.
For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. When it comes to mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Typically, we use air or sea transportation.
