Some of the cases we've done
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the products meet our standards. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you need to reorder, you can simply repeat the process.
A: The time it takes to get an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take anywhere from 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea freight.
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. If your products are urgent, we will create a special production schedule to prioritize their production.
A: Absolutely! We usually sign an NDA according to our clients' request to ensure the confidentiality and protection of their designs.
A: To provide you with an accurate quotation, please kindly provide us with your drawing in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have samples, you can provide those as well.
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you to ensure your satisfaction. If everything is okay, we will establish regular communication for long-term cooperation. In case of any quality issues, we will promptly investigate and provide a credit note or make replenishment. We always conduct a final inspection before shipment to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
