A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation based on your requirements. Once you confirm the quotation, you can proceed to make the payment. If toolings are required, we will create them. After that, we will make samples and send them to you for approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we conduct quality checking to ensure the products meet our standards. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you are satisfied with our products, you can place a repeat order.
A: The time it takes to receive an engineering sample depends on the complexity of the part. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take anywhere from 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the order. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
