Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If necessary, we will proceed with making toolings. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will move forward with mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-service support. If you need to reorder, you can follow the same process.
Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it can take anywhere between 15 to 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Generally, we use air or sea freight for mass production.
Q4: Can You Help If My Products are Very Urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We understand the urgency of certain situations, and we will try our best to help you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent products.
Q5: I Want to Keep Our Design in Secret, Can We Sign NDA?
A: Absolutely! We respect the confidentiality of our clients' designs. We are more than willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as per your request.
Q6: What Kind of Information Do You Need for Quotation?
A: Please provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, including 3D drawings if available. If you have physical samples, those are also acceptable.
Q7: What Will You Do for After Sales?
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you to ensure your satisfaction. If everything is in order, we will continue to communicate with you to establish a long-term cooperation. However, if any quality issues arise, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate actions, such as issuing credit notes or providing replacement products. Additionally, we always conduct a final inspection before shipment to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
