Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will then provide you with a quotation. Once the quotation is confirmed, you can proceed to make the payment. If toolings are required, we will make them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will move on to mass production. The finished products will undergo quality checking before being delivered to you. We also offer after-service support. If you are satisfied with the products, you can place a repeat order.
Q2: How can I get an engineering sample?
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take 15-60 days.
Q3: What is the shipping method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea shipping.
Q4: Can you help if my products are very urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent order.
Q5: I want to keep our design in secret. Can we sign an NDA?
A: Absolutely! We always sign NDAs according to our clients' requests to ensure the confidentiality of their designs.
Q6: What kind of information do you need for a quotation?
A: Please provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, along with 3D drawings if available. Samples are also acceptable for quotation purposes.

A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you to ensure your satisfaction. If everything is in order, we will establish regular communication for long-term cooperation. In case of any quality issues, we will investigate and provide a credit note or make replacements as necessary. Additionally, we conduct final inspections before shipment to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
