A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a quotation based on your requirements. Once you confirm the quotation, you can proceed to make the payment. If toolings are required, we will start making them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will begin mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the products meet your expectations. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you are satisfied with our products, you can place a repeat order.
A: The time required to get an engineering sample depends on the complexity of the parts. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, if the parts require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 and 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will use international express service or air shipping. For mass production, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea shipping.
