If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivering the products, we will conduct quality checking. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you need to reorder, simply follow the same process.
Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take 15-60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea shipping.
