Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide feedback with a quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. We conduct quality checking before delivery, and then we ship the products to you. After the delivery, we offer after-service support. If you need to reorder, you can repeat the process.
Q2: How Can I Get Engineering Sample?
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 to 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production orders, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we ship them by air or by sea.
Q4: Can You Give Us Help If My Products are Very Urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. In such cases, we will create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent order.
Q5: I Want to Keep Our Design in Secret, Can We Sign NDA?
A: Absolutely! We usually sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) according to our clients' request to ensure the confidentiality of their designs.
Q6: What Kinds of Information Do You Need for Quotation?
A: Please provide your drawings in PDF or CAD format, along with any 3D drawings. If you have samples, you can also provide them for reference.
Q7: What Will You Do for After Sales?
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you to ensure your satisfaction. If everything is okay, we will continue to communicate with you to establish a long-term cooperation. In case of any quality issues, we will investigate and take appropriate actions, such as issuing credit notes or providing replacements.
