A: The process of an order involves sending your detailed request, receiving feedback with a quotation, confirming the quotation and making payment, making toolings if needed, making samples, obtaining sample approval, proceeding with mass production, conducting quality checking, arranging delivery, providing after-service, and considering repeat orders.
A: The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take 15-60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out by international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products, usually by air or by sea.
