A: The process of an order is as follows:
A: The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on the type of part. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that require casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion processes, it may take 15-60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products, usually by air or by sea.
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your urgent order.
A: Absolutely! We usually sign an NDA according to our clients' request to ensure the confidentiality of their design.
A: Please kindly provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format, along with any 3D drawings. Samples are also acceptable.
