Q1: What is The Process Of an Order?
A: To place an order, simply send us your detailed request. We will provide you with a feedback and quotation. Once you confirm the quotation, you can make the payment. If toolings are needed, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will move on to mass production. Before delivery, we will conduct quality checking to ensure the highest standards. Finally, we will arrange for the delivery and provide after-service support. If you need to place a repeat order, we are here to assist you.
Q2: How Can I Get Engineering Sample?
A: Getting an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 to 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass-production orders, the shipping method will depend on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
Q4: Can You Give Us Help If My Products are Very Urgent?

Q5: I Want to Keep Our Design in Secret, Can We Sign NDA?

Q6: What kinds of information do you need for a quotation?
A: To provide an accurate quotation, please kindly provide us with your drawing in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have samples, you can provide those as well.
