If toolings are required, we will proceed with making them. After that, we will create samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivering the goods, we conduct quality checking. Finally, we arrange for the delivery and provide after-sales service. If you are satisfied with our products, you can place a repeat order.
A: The time required to provide an engineering sample depends on the complexity of the part. For machining parts, it usually takes around 10 days. However, for parts that involve casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion, it may take anywhere between 15 to 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the goods. Generally, we use air or sea transportation.
