Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a quotation and once it's confirmed, you can make the payment. If toolings are required, we will proceed with that. After that, we will make samples and seek your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Our team will conduct quality checking before delivering the products. We also offer after-service, and if you're satisfied, you can place a repeat order.
Q2: How Can I Get Engineering Samples?
A: The time required to provide engineering samples depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. However, parts that require processes like casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion might take 15-60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Generally, we use air or sea transportation.
Q4: Can You Help If My Products are Very Urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We understand the urgency and will try our best to assist you. We can create a special production schedule to prioritize your order.
Q5: I Want to Keep Our Design in Secret, Can We Sign NDA?
A: Absolutely! We value your confidentiality. We are more than willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as per your request.
Q6: What Information Do You Need for Quotation?
A: To provide you with an accurate quotation, please provide your drawings in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. If you have samples, you can provide those as well.
Q7: What Will You Do for After Sales?
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up to ensure your satisfaction. If there are any quality issues, we will investigate and provide a credit note or make a replenishment. Before shipment, we conduct a final inspection to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
