A: The process of an order involves sending your detailed request, receiving feedback with a quotation, confirming the quotation and making payment, making toolings (if needed), creating samples, obtaining sample approval, proceeding with mass production, conducting quality checking, arranging delivery, providing after-service, and considering a repeat order.
A: The time required to obtain an engineering sample depends on the complexity of the machining parts. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. For parts that involve processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, and aluminum extrusion, it may take between 15 and 60 days.
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out by international express service or by air. For mass-production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
