A: For sure! We usually sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) according to our clients' requests to protect their designs and keep them confidential.
A: Please provide your drawings in PDF or CAD format, along with 3D drawings if available. Samples are also acceptable.
A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you. If everything is satisfactory, we will maintain regular communication to establish long-term cooperation. In case of any quality issues, we will investigate and provide a credit note or make replenishment. We always conduct a final inspection before shipments to ensure high-quality delivery.
