Q1: What is the Process of an Order?
A: To place an order, you need to send us a detailed request. We will provide you with a quotation based on your requirements. Once you confirm the quotation, you can proceed to make the payment. If toolings are needed, we will create them. After that, we will make samples for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will start mass production. Before delivery, we conduct quality checking to ensure the products meet our standards. Finally, we arrange for the delivery and provide after-service support. If you are satisfied with our products, you can place a repeat order.
Q2: How Can I Get an Engineering Sample?
A: The time it takes to receive an engineering sample depends on your drawings or samples. For machining parts, it usually takes 10 days. However, parts that require processes such as casting, die casting, stamping, plastic injection, or aluminum extrusion can take anywhere from 15 to 60 days.
Q3: What is the Shipping Method?
A: For engineering samples, we will send them out using international express service or by air. For mass production, the shipping method depends on the weight and volume of the products. Usually, we use air or sea transportation.
Q4: Can You Help If My Products are Very Urgent?
A: Yes, of course! We will try our best to assist you with urgent orders. We can create a special production schedule to ensure timely delivery.
Q5: Can We Sign an NDA to Protect Our Design?

Q6: What Information Do You Need for a Quotation?
A: To provide you with an accurate quotation, please provide your drawing in PDF or CAD format. 3D drawings are also acceptable. Additionally, samples can be helpful.

A: After you receive our goods, we will frequently follow up with you to ensure your satisfaction. If everything is fine, we will establish regular communication for long-term cooperation.
